How does the free trial work?
We ship the Pro and help set it up with your team. Use it on your own patients for 14 days. If it isn't right, send it back. Shipping is on us both ways.
Will it work with my imaging software?
The Pro works with most dental imaging software, including DEXIS, Eaglesoft, Carestream, CDR, VixWin and Dentrix Ascend. We confirm your software and version before anything ships.
What happens when my term ends?
It continues month to month until you cancel. When it ends, the sensor goes back with a prepaid return label, and your images stay yours.
Can I buy instead of subscribing?
Yes. The Pro is $4,799, or $3,999 when you trade in a working sensor of any brand ($500 credit for a non-working one). It includes a 3-year warranty and an accidental protection plan.
